Mortaza comes from Afghanistan, where he completed his studies successfully and then ventured the step to come to Germany in 2014. With Refratechnik and the refractory technology and product solutions, he found a company that precisely met his vocational ideas for the future. Nonetheless, Mortaza had to start from scratch: As a trainee.

But thanks to his know-how, his commitment, and the support from colleagues, he was able to shorten his training, and now works as a technical product designer. Mortaza appreciates the openness in Refratechnik: Regardless of cultural background, religion or age. Like us, Mortaza sees our values and the working environment as an enrichment, where people with different origins come together and jointly give their best.

Our ultra-modern CAD systems, the development of 3D models for refractory linings, the engineering and technical requirements – all that fascinates Mortaza, and he creates the corresponding solutions.

Hereby, he sets great store on our six-eyes principle. With this approach we ensure that every design and every technical solution is checked by at least two other experts for possible mistakes and optimization potentials, before it is released. The principle has proven its worth. It is another module with which we ensure utmost quality and customer satisfaction. And Mortaza is an important part of it.
